Puppy Dog Party Decorations: pretty pastel banners and buntings made from paper doilies, sweet paper lanterns, and floral table cloths make for a girly vintage inspired puppy dog party.
My little friend Allie turned 3 this week, and celebrated with the sweetest puppy dog party. Heather, Allie's mom, did an amazing job with so many great details. The theme was puppy dogs, and the colour scheme was yellow, pink and blue -some of the birthday girls favourites, and Heather used lots of sweet vintage and paper doilies details.
The Invitations
The sweet invitations, which Heather ordered from a seller on Etsy, set the tone right from the beginning. These and other pintables for the party were so cute, and added a vintage feel.
I also loved how Heather made a little paper doily envelope and tied it with bakers twine.
Pretty Home Made Garlands and Hanging Paper Lanterns
When we arrived at the party we were greeted by this pretty garland.
Heather made it out of scrapbook paper, bakers twine, scrapbook letters and more doilies.
Along the garden leading into the party were these cute little yellow pin wheels, sometimes it's the little things that are the cutest.
The food tables were beautiful, set up on the deck and under a sun canopy with these pretty white paper lanterns.
The tables had these pretty table cloths from IKEA on them, that really helped set the colour scheme.
Heather found these fun ceramic dogs and spray painted them yellow and added cute little paper flowers to embellish them. They really brought the puppy theme to the tables. I love a little spray paint!
Another nice personal detail was a baby picture of Allie on the table, my how she's grown, but she's still just as sweet.
Heather also created this gorgeous happy birthday banner in one corner of the yard, with pink, yellow and blue paper lanterns.
The banner was made with scrapbook letters and paper doilies.
It was one of my favourite details.
This is just the beginning of the puppy dog party, there are so many wonderful details to share, from the "hot dog" buffet, and the amazing dessert table to the puppy adoption activity for all the kids. Check out these links for all the details:

Hi Kris, this party was many years ago, and the dogs were from an on-line wholesaler. Sorry I can't be more help.
Best of luck,
Dannyelle
