Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine cream and butter and bring to a boil.
Break up the milk chocolate into a large bowl, and pour the hot cream and butter mixture over top. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and mixture is fully combined. Add in vanilla and stir.
Allow mixture to cool for 30 min. at room temperature, then place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
To make the truffle pops, use a teaspoon to scoop out a bite-size piece of the truffle mixture, and roll in your hands to form a truffle ball and place on to some parchment paper.
Roll the chocolate truffles in a topping of your choice, and insert a lollipop stick. Place finished truffle pops back in the fridge to fully set.
