Mix your brownie mix according to the package directions.
Prepare your mini brownie pan by oiling it well with vegetable oil.
Place brownie batter in piping bag or a ziplock bag and cut of the corner to pipe it into the mini brownie pan.
Bake the brownies according to the box instructions (adjusting for their small size) until they are cooked through, but still chewy. We did about 7 min. And them remove them from the donut molds to cool on a wire rack.
For the Chocolate Glaze
Combine butter, milk, corn syrup, and vanilla in medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until the butter is melted.
Decrease the heat to low, add the chocolate pieces, and whisk until it's completely melted.
Turn off the heat, and add the powdered sugar, and whisk until smooth. Dip donuts while the glaze is still warm.
Optional: before the glaze sets, sprinkle the top of each donut with chocolate sprinkles.
Notes
If the glaze becames a little too thick after a few mins., thin it with a little more milk, and warm it up again over a low heat.
