To make the cracker, just tear out a piece of the book, wrap it around your cardboard roll and glue it to secure it.

Next, tape the snap cracker strip into your cracker, with the ends sticking out at the ends.

Tie the paper at one end closed with some ribbon, yarn, twine, or tinsel. Be careful as you gather the paper together not to tear it.

Then, load in your treats, hat, and joke and tie up the other end.
